.NET Team Lead

Head of Development Team in the Information Systems Division

Reporting: The role is administratively and professionally under the Development Manager in the Application Infrastructure Department.

Role Overview: In this role, you will work as a .NET Development Team Leader with a full-time position (100%, approximately 40% hands-on).

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Fullstack developers including a QA tester. Assign, prioritize, and monitor team tasks.
• Regular work with project managers, system analysts, architecture teams, infrastructure teams, DevOps, and other teams within the Information Systems Division.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables (conduct code reviews), develop the team's capabilities according to ongoing technological requirements, ensure adherence to project timelines and scopes, report regularly to the Integration Domain Manager, raise flags, and perform escalations.
• Work closely with architects to evaluate and perform POCs for new applications and technologies as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Academic education in Computer Science / Industrial Engineering and Management / Computer Engineering Technician - mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing a development team.
• At least 5 years of experience in .NET development (C#, JavaScript).
• Experience in client-side and server-side development - mandatory.
• Experience working with databases (mainly SQL) - mandatory.
• Experience in developing REST APIs, working with Microservices - mandatory.
• Experience in large organizations with regulatory systems and heavy data processing.
• Experience in developing cross-system processes.
• Experience working according to Agile principles (including working with ADO, Jira, etc.) - experience in secure development, cloud development - an advantage.
• Familiarity with Open Source products - an advantage.
• Familiarity with Low Code products - an advantage.
• Ability to be flexible with working hours – support beyond regular working hours.
