IT Administrator

Travelier, formerly known as Bookaway Group, is a travel-tech company, revolutionizing ground and sea transportation for travelers. Travelier’s network of digital platforms allows customers to instantly buy intercity tickets to ferries, buses, and trains in local markets which can be usually complex, enabling stress-free travel across the globe.

We're looking for an IT Administrator to join our team.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, information systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Install, configure, oversee, and manage IT resources, systems, and networks to ensure optimal functionality
• Maintain and update the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and security protocols.
• Implement and manage IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to improve the help desk's effectiveness
• Provide accurate information on IT products or services
• Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures
• Oversee and manage relationships with vendors
  
  

• At least 4 years experience in a similar role.
• Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
• Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
  

• knowledge of corporate systems like, Legal, Finance, HR
• Multi-tenant experience in Google Workspace
