What You’ll Do
- Test Design & Execution for customer’s requirements.
- Analyze, review, and provide feedback on customer’s requirements.
- Updating the Product’s Regression scope.
- Following the Product’s defects and verifying them after the fix.
- Working closely with BA and Development Teams.
- Working with the Product Manager and development team.
- Providing technical support to customers and partners.
- Up to 1 year of experience in the QA domain.
- Technical understanding (working with JSON, APIs & SQL)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Working with Agile methodology - advantage
- Experience with JIRA - advantage
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS) - advantage
- Experience with databases (SQL Server, SQL queries, Database Structure) - advantage
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Scrum, Sprint) - advantage
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM software - advantage
- QA diploma - advantage
