Junior QA & Support, Docomotion

What You’ll Do

• Test Design & Execution for customer’s requirements.
• Analyze, review, and provide feedback on customer’s requirements.
• Updating the Product’s Regression scope.
• Following the Product’s defects and verifying them after the fix.
• Working closely with BA and Development Teams.
• Working with the Product Manager and development team.
• Providing technical support to customers and partners.
  
  

• Up to 1 year of experience in the QA domain.
• Technical understanding (working with JSON, APIs & SQL)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Working with Agile methodology - advantage
• Experience with JIRA - advantage
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS) - advantage
• Experience with databases (SQL Server, SQL queries, Database Structure) - advantage
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Scrum, Sprint) - advantage
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM software - advantage
• QA diploma - advantage
