Head of Product

Moonshot Marketing, a global leader in the ad-tech and comparison industry, is seeking an exceptional Product Leader to join our team.

As the Head of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company by leading our diverse product portfolio, which includes:

• Consumer marketplaces
• Data infrastructure and applications
• Content Management System (CMS)
  
  

• Product Leadership & Strategy: Excellent at leading product strategy and execution.
• Business Acumen: Strong business sense with a focus on results.
• User Experience & Technology: Great at combining a deep understanding of user experience with strong technological expertise.
  
  

• 3+ years in leadership roles within product management at B2C or B2B companies.
• Proven experience in leading and managing product teams and development processes.
• Experience managing a portfolio of products and impacting business KPIs.
• Skilled in team management, mentoring, and delivering results.
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to work with data scientists and engineers.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to create clarity and focus in complex situations.
• Experience in building and leading Content Management System (CMS) products - big advantage
  
  

• Report directly to the CEO.
• Lead a team of 4 product managers and a product design team.
• Own the entire product portfolio and its KPIs.
• Define and manage the strategic roadmap, ensuring seamless execution.
• Lead continuous A/B testing and user experience evolution.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with marketing, business. development, data, and R&D teams.
• Advocate for our technology and products both internally and externally.
