Team Lead

We are looking for a passionate Full-Stack Team Lead to join our customer-facing group. This role will involve working directly with end-users of our systems, ensuring they have a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a dynamic team of full-stack developers.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Team Lead or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in web technologies.
• Extensive experience in developing user interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with end-users.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
