Senior Food Technologist

An established company in Israel, in the field of meat production, is seeking to

hire an exceptionally talented food technologist

Areas of responsibility:

Responsibility for food safety in the factory

Conducting internal tests

Professional responsibility for food production processes

Knowledge of production processes, production technology, responsibility for

food safety in the field.

A food technologist is required to implement quality and food safety standards

in the field.

Certifying new raw material and packaging suppliers

Providing a response and solutions to technological problems in production

Handling issues related to quality assurance, exceptions, procedures and work

instructions (HACCP)

Improving processes and prescriptions for efficiency and savings

Initiating, accompanying and managing projects

Training employees

Managing working relationships with internal and external parties (equipment

suppliers, customers, etc.)

Leading processes with matrix management

Required skills:

Education in the fields of biotechnology/food science/chemistry from a

university or technical college - mandatory

Experience in the field of quality assurance - mandatory

At least five years of experience in the field - mandatory

Working in the Ministry of Health - an advantage
