Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

• Analyze the behavior of users and interactions with stores products, and provide meaningful insights that shape the product’s strategy and roadmap
• Own the monitoring and reporting of the company, teams, and product’s main KPIs and success metrics
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics, as well as monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported
• Collaborate with external Wix companies (business verticals, Funnel, Site builders, etc.) to design and rollout new Online Stores features in the Wix ecosystem
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior business analysts in the team, fostering their professional growth and development
• Lead in the creation of in-depth and impactful data analyses, translating business and technical requirements into comprehensive data models
• Present vital insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications:

• An experienced data, product, or web analyst with 5-7 years of practical experience
• Proficient writing complex SQL queries, translating business/technical needs into data models, creating impactful analysis and presenting your insights
• Proven ability as both an independent expert and a collaborative team member, with leadership skills to help balance your team's efforts and maximize efficiency
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and guiding junior team members, helping them navigate their tasks and grow in their roles
• Motivated and enthusiastic about data, business and technologies, your strong background equips you to handle complex analytical challenges
• A curious, original thinker who pays attention to details and comes up with creative business questions that drive deeper insights
