Senior Technical Product Manager

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a technical background to join our growing team of Product Managers and play a key role in shaping the evolving space of AT&T Field Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future of the AT&T dispatch platform and make a significant impact!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, drive product strategy, and make informed roadmap decisions.
• Define and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback, market analysis, and input from internal stakeholders.
• Own the entire product lifecycle, from conception to product launch and adoption.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, product analysts, and researchers.
• Gather post-adoption feedback and monitor usage metrics.
• Continuously analyze data to understand users’ usage patterns and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality software products.
• Experience as a Product Manager in large and complex software applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product requirements.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
• Background as an R&D engineer or equivalent roles- an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field- an advantage.
