HR payroll Analyst

We're looking for a highly motivated, data-driven -HR payroll Analyst to join our global HR team.

As a HR Data Analyst, you will be in a key role in our HR Department and will be responsible for transforming HR data and organizational data into actionable and smart insights that drive strategic initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

Be a part of the global HR team and provide ongoing analytics for local HR processes and cross operational projects.

• Collect and analyze data and prepare high-quality presentations.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the data collected.
• Experience using statistical techniques and data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns and correlations within people data.
• Perform analytical tasks & projects and prepare ad-hoc reports and metrics.
• Prepare relevant data for stakeholders and create reports and dashboards.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and problem solver abilities for HR Business Partners, OD, Recruitment, Comp & Ben etc.

Skills And Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as HR Data/ payroll Analyst.
• An understanding of the design and implementation of salary controls.
• Understanding of proficiency in data analysis and dashboard development tools.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data, paying attention to details.
• Strong Interpersonal relations: A team player with the ability to drive for action without direct authority.
• Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with Power BI, including reports build .
