Data Operations: Annotator Management

Flymingo's Data Operations team is looking for a Data Ops Specialist- Annotator Management team member.

The key objectives of this role are:

• Ensuring annotation teams are working according to the shift schedule and keeping up the pace of projects, in a fast-paced, near-real time environment
• Decreasing the time it takes to annotate projects through analyzing data, understanding annotator behavior, and identifying inefficiencies in computer vision projects
• Ensuring the annotators meet our high standards of quality, and continuously providing feedback to our annotation teams.
• Ensuring annotation teams have the tools they need to be effective, escalating issues in Flymingo's annotation platform and system
• Manage communication and KPIS with our vendors

In your day to day you will:

• Use dashboards and real-time metrics to live monitor the efficiency and throughput of the annotation teams
• Monitor annotators working and identify room for improvement in annotator behavior
• Use basic data analysis skills to understand the dynamic arrival of our projects, and schedule annotator shifts accordingly
• Communicate with annotation teams and internal teams in excellent written and spoken English to improve efficiency

About you:

In order to succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have experience in data annotation, with some basic data analysis skills.
