VP head of leagal departement

A leading real estate group is looking for a VP of contracts and engagements - excellent conditions!

Role Description

Accompanying and leading mega projects from end to end

Management of contracts and engagements (complex contracts with very large budgets)

Managing the legal team (management of the ombudsman), accompanying the company's management.

Managing and leading external offices and consultents

Direct reporting to the Deputy Director General

Qualifications

* At least 10 years OF experience as an attorney

*Experience as VP/senior legal advisor - a must!

*Commercial understanding and high and proven negotiation skills

*Significant experience in the field of assets / real estate - a must!

*Leaves the commercial department of a leading / ranked firm

*Experience in accompanying mega projects!!

*Additional relevant degree (accounting, economics, business administration), an advantage

*An experience as head of a department is an advantage

* Excellent conditions for the suitable
