Job Summary:

The Temporary Customer Care Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding customer experience. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv. The ideal candidate will be a big-picture thinker who can see beyond immediate tasks and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and team success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases as necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Provide feedback and insights to improve customer care processes.

-There may be additional tasks to help out within the marketing team.

Requirements:

- Native-level proficiency in English (both spoken and written).

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively.

- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms is a plus.

- Working knowledge of Hebrew is a plus.

- Ability to think strategically and see the big picture.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
