【Job Responsibilities】

1. Responsible for after-sales service during the three packages(return, replacement, maintenance) of high-machine products in Middle East market;
2. Responsible for warranty spare parts and sales spare parts processing, spare parts (return, replacement, maintenance, purchase) of the plan;
3. Responsible for technical training and marketing technical support for agents and customers;
4. Responsible for the collection of market information and timely feedback of customer experience.

【Requirements】

1. College and above, mechanical, electrical related majors;
2. 3 years working experience in engineering machinery products debugging, after-sales service;
3. With acknowledges of hydraulic and electrical theory;
4. Good communication and coordination skills, strong service consciousness.
