Description:
Dynamic individual to join our team in a hybrid role that bridges sales business partnership, sales operations, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). This role will be pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing sales processes, and providing actionable insights to support our growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
Sales Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Sales team, providing insights, guidance, and support to help them understand their objectives, and challenges and achieve their targets
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, geographical sales, and pricing to identify growth opportunities and formulate sales strategies
- Support pricing and other benchmark processes and methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and incorporate insights into sales strategies
Sales Operations
- Design, implement, and optimize sales processes and workflow to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyze sales data and CRM system (Salesforce) and prepare weekly / monthly reports
- Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPI’s) and provide actionable insights.
- Lead monthly sales forecast process and measure the forecast accuracy
- Take an active part in the monthly Sales meeting (data/reports/analysis / PPT’s)
- Calculate and analyze commissions of the sales team based on their performance
Financial Planning
- Lead Sales annual operating plan (AOP)
- Building & Controlling the monthly /quarterly budget vs actual report and analysis
- Partner with finance teams to develop pricing strategies, evaluate deal economics, and assess sales profitability
- Analyze complex financial information and reports providing accurate and timely financial recommendations
- Real-time analysis and recommendation to management
- Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly closing for BOD
- Budget Process
- Forecast accuracy
Knowledge and Skills:
- Business acumen
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Proven experience as a Sales BP / Sales operation analyst
- Proven project management experience, and presentation skills with high-quality of service
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- English – high level, both verbal and written
- Experience working in a global company
- Excellent Excel and presentation skills; English proficiency
- Ability to multitask and prioritize; excellent time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, with a particular focus on setting priorities that correspond with business needs.
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
- Excellent orientation to IT tools and methods– key (SAP B1 –advantage, BI tools; Salesforce – BIG advantage)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Management from an acknowledged university; MBA - an advantage
- 3–5 years of related experience including budgeting, forecasting, and experience with full P&L analysis from a global/industrial company
