Senior Tax Manager

Our company is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join our team to manage and coordinate our Israel office.

Job Description:

• Day-to-day management of tax returns and advisory engagements.
• Manage workflow and set budgets and priorities.
• Perform technical review of assigned tax returns of varying complexity.
• Interact directly with clients handling questions, planning, consulting, etc.
• Recruitment of new and experienced staff.
• Train and supervise staff along with reviewing and evaluating their work. Manage multiple clients, budgets, and production goals.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients.
• Work closely with Tax Partners to satisfy the needs with planning compliance. Understand and manage firm risk on tax services performed.
• Support and assist managers in the training and development of staff.
• Ensure top-quality client service and oversee total engagement activity.

Requirements:

• CPA or EA with a minimum of seven years of experience.
• Significant experience working with all types of entity taxes.
• Experience working with international information returns (5471,3520,3520-A, 8621, etc.) is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and judgment.
• Proficient in the taxation of partnerships, limited liability companies, and other similar flow-through entities and high net-worth individuals.
• Demonstrates excellence in executive presence, people development, leadership, and professionalism.
• Maintains appropriate compliance with all firm-wide and local office policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Has demonstrated proficiency as a manager in public accounting or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Manages multiple assignments inside an engagement.
