We seek a talented and motivated Product Lead to lead our Claims and Fleet Product squads. This role will deliver a delightful experience and optimized outcomes for our customers (drivers, fleets, and brokers) and internal stakeholders. Our ability to deliver a seamless and fair end-to-end experience is a critical component of our value proposition and our success in fulfilling our mission.

A day in the life:

• Manage the product strategy and roadmap of multiple products to deliver optimized outcomes and a delightful experience for our internal and external customers using technology and data
• Coach and mentor team members, enabling growth paths aligned with their aspirations and company goals
• Partner closely with the relevant stakeholders to develop products and experiences that delight users and drive impact to the company
• Develop product hypotheses, design and conduct lean and focused experiments to prove or disprove them
• Regularly and proactively share progress toward solving focus problem statements and advancing on a shared vision
• Uncover high-impact improvement opportunities for the Product team by monitoring and analyzing key quantitative and qualitative metrics
• Exemplify and foster Fairmatic’s humble, collaborative, and impact-obsessed culture
  
  

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in startup environments
• 4+ years of experience leading other product managers
• Strong analytical skills, with experience setting up and executing tests or experiments
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Demonstrated capabilities of owning end-to-end quantitative and qualitative customer research and effectively identifying and interpreting key findings
• Demonstrated ability to work closely and effectively with stakeholders to deliver impact
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor product managers to help them achieve their full potential
• Experience in building customer-facing products is a plus
• Self-driven, motivated, and willing to work in a rapidly changing, early-stage startup environment
• Fluent English - a must
