We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who's also an exceptional individual. The ideal candidate will work with us together on initiatives and exciting projects while collaborating with our amazing people.

What you will be doing

• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Design and implement functional requirements for the product house.
• Work with large amounts of data and Implement sophisticated data models.
• Develop Python code to streamline processes.
• Monitor the integrity and validity of the customer data.
• Make substantial improvements to existing features, platform services, internal tools, or build processes.
• Contribute to the technical decisions regarding your team's functionality and improve the product architecture and performance.
• Collaborate with the UI/UX Designers and Product Management to define and build the optimal user experience.
• Work with team members on improving standards, code review, knowledge sharing, and more.
  
  

• 3-5 years experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a focus on server-side development.
• You are a great team player.
• You have experience with complex product development initiatives from concept to release.
• You know how to write readable, idiomatic code.
• You have built full-stack systems using Python and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• You have experience with Database & SQL, OOP, Git, Docker/Kubernetics, understanding how HTTP communication works.
• You have strong logical reasoning skills - capability of evaluating arguments, identifying patterns, and making inferences to solve problems or make decisions.
• Good understanding of software engineering practices and principles.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable solutions and performance optimization.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Enjoys learning from teammates, and isn't afraid to teach others at the same time.
• Strong sense of task ownership.
• Able to build strong working relationships and execute across multiple cultures, geographies and time zones.
  
  

• Experience with common tools and frameworks like RabbitMQ, GraphQL, Redis, Redux/Mobx.
