We are a 12 year old fast paced SAAS company, bootstrapped, with 100 employees in 5 different locations.
We are looking for an experienced company operations and revenue leader.
Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency
- Collaborate with the CEO, and other stakeholders in the development of the company's emerging goals and objectives
- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
- Measuring the efficiency of an organisation's operational processes and taking steps to improve them
- Developing strategies for the growth of the organisation and making sure they are implemented
- Developing and controlling all operational budgets to ensure that the company has all the resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial parameters and to maintain the financial strength of the company
- Partnering with other C-level executives to accomplish short and long-term operational goals
- Coordinating with human resources (HR) to ensure the success of recruitment and retention policies and processes
- Partner with senior leadership to execute the current corporate strategic plan and develop additional plans
- Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the company's revenue-generating departments
- Manage the global sales team to drive business growth, and share responsibility with the marketing department for improving strategy and customer experience
- Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary for sustainable growth
- Managing sales KPI and performance based compensation structure.
- Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with the finance, product management, and marketing teams on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models for achieving revenue goals
- Identify and resolve issues across the marketing, sales, and account management teams
- Participate in contract negotiations
- 10+ years in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth in companies similar to Powtoon (Mid size, Saas, Global, English, fast paced, bootstrapped)
- Proven track record of significantly growing revenue
- Significant experience in general management
- Ability to craft and execute a business strategy effectively
- Experience in making decisions based on business metrics
- Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
- Perfect English- MUST
- Strong technical experience with Salesforce and other business productivity tools
- Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or related field- an Advantage
