Project Manager Lead JB-3349

We are a fast growing company with an innovative product of battery technology with a big vision for changing the face of energy and electric mobility.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all phases of project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Lead the design of units for feasibility testing, up to production-level units

Optimization of production methods of our 3D collectors which are the essence of the company’s technology

Participate in planning process optimization and production scaling up

Ensure effective coordination within the project teams and with other groups in R&D and Operations

Identify and address potential project risks proactively.

Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and implement cost-control measures as needed.

Collaboration with production and design subcontractors as needed.

Requirements:

Degree in chemistry or mechanical engineering

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and leading multi-disciplinary R&D teams for product development in a commercial environment

Experience in the Process Industry - an advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Hands-on attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Experience in bringing products to production-level and “scaling up”
