Your Team & Role

Zadara is looking for an excellent software student to join our Compute Engineering team and be a part of an elite team that delivers the next-generation high-performance edge compute service.

As a Software Engineer Student you will have a chance to work with Zadara’s most talented and experienced engineers, developing the major components that build Zadara’s Edge Cloud solution. You will gain experience in heterogeneous micro-services development environments such as JavaScript, Python, Golang and would be exposed to advanced technologies such as Virtualization, Containers, Kubernetes, Micro-Services and many more.

Your day to day

• Develop scalable and secure cloud-based solutions using microservices architecture
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Be independent, creative, focused, and organized
• High motivation to work in a dynamic and innovative startup
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to cloud computing and microservices
  
  

• Studying for BSc/BA in computer science/SW engineer from a well-known university
• Up to one year from completing his/her academic duties
• Grades average of at least 80
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS and at least one major programming language (JavaScript, Python, Golang, Java, etc)
• Be an independent self-learner, responsible and curious
• Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities in the face of ambiguity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High motivation to work in a dynamic and innovative startup company
  
  

• Good understanding of RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of a popular client-side library (React / Vue / Angular).
• Experience in Kubernetes, AWS, Cloud, and Microservices
• Experience in Linux
• Familiarity with DevOps practices such as continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
