Assistant Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our finance department as an Assistant Controller.

As an Assistant Controller, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and other departments, to gather financial data, resolve issues, and provide financial insights and support.

Areas we’ll trust you with::

• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes. Including preparing monthly revenue recognition journal entries, monthly revenue analytics and deferred revenue account reconciliations.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes including forecasts and identify trends and patterns in financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger system, including a chart of accounts, account reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
• Perform regular reviews and analyses to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits. Prepare necessary documentation, respond to inquiries, and assist in the resolution of audit findings.
• Assist in payroll cycles.
  
  

• CPA certification
• Internship in one of the “Big 4” accounting firms in Tech department
• High level of English
• Advanced Excel skills are essential
• Strong Knowledge of Accounting Standards
• Proficient in financial analysis, data interpretation, and problem-solving.
• Experience with SAP, NetSuite, or other major financial systems is desirable.
• Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
