Senior Product Manager

Sola Security is seeking out 1st Product Manager to work closely with our VP Product in creating a groundbreaking platform that will be highly valued by cybersecurity experts.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our product-led growth strategy from the ground up. Your responsibilities will include ensuring our product's usability, optimizing user acquisition and activation funnels, and utilizing your experience with user-facing, UX/UI-intensive products. Furthermore, you will apply your technical expertise to build and shape our entire range of product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the PLG strategy: focusing on user acquisition, activation, and retention, ensuring the free tier leads to paid conversions.
• Being the voice of the customer: deeply understanding and empathizing with customer’s needs, pain points, feedback, and asks.
• Envision new product features and then drive their creation: writing feature specs, making wireframes, and collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
• Integrate AI technologies: Conversational AI to enhance product offerings and identify new opportunities.
• Using data of all sorts: define success metrics, prioritize roadmap items, and measure adoption success and impact.
• Managing multiple stakeholders: communicate roadmap prioritization reasoning to the executive leadership, engineering, and marketing. Be tentative to feedback and able to explain prioritization decisions made.
• Deep understanding of the business goals: KPIs, and monetization. Be up to date on market trends and technology, study the competitive landscape, and be on the lookout for new opportunities.
• Apply an eye for design and sharp UX instincts to ensure a high-quality, easy, and simple user experience.
  
  

• 4+ years of product management experience with a focus on UX/UI-heavy B2B and consumer-facing products.
• Proven experience in user acquisition and activation funnels within a PLG and B2B context.
• Strong technology and/or engineering foundation.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), including the ability to crystallize and broadly socialize insights into stakeholder needs. Comfortable communicating with executives, managers, and individual contributors across design, technology, marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
• Familiar with writing PRDs, leveraging user research, optimizing conversion funnels, data analysis, and A/B testing in a B2B environment.
• Strong design sensibility and UX instincts.
  
  

• Experience in a cybersecurity company - a strong advantage.
• Experience with integrating AI technologies into product offerings. Understanding the capabilities and limitations of Gen AI technologies, envisioning how they can enhance or transform existing products, and identifying new opportunities for innovation - a strong advantage.
• Background in OKR methodologies, with experience in squad or tribe structures.
