Cover is building a next-gen personal insurance and finance platform to help people gain transparency and take control over their funds.

We're looking for a Finance Operations individual to join our growing Finance & Contracts team. This is an entry-level role, an excellent starting point in the finance field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation and issuance of employee agreements and partnering companies agreements
• Draft commission agreements in compliance with company policies and regulations
• Engage in communication with agreements departments across various insurance companies and investment houses, addressing pertinent issues in collaboration with our brokers and CS teams
• Foster excellent relationships with insurance partners and investment houses
• Oversee processes and data through internal and external platforms

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Support/Administration experience
• Analytical with strong attention to the details
• Organized, independent, and a self-starter at the core
• Proficiency in Excel is required
