Field Engineer Team leader JB-3520

A leading company that developers innovative security products is searching for an experienced Field Engineer Team leader.

As a part of your job you will be:

• Supervising and leading a group of field service engineers for the management and successful execution of the company's experiments and projects.
• Managing the pipeline between our customers and the company, proactively identifying business opportunities within existing projects, initiating business solutions for customers and then escalating to account managers for execution.
• Lead and manage large-scale demo systems for potential deals or capabilities featuring both pre-sales and post-sales demo system deployments.
• Provide after-sales support including system delivery, installation, training and implementation.
• Development and implementation of service strategies and policies by ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Definition of product requirements and cutting edge improvements in command and control functionality.
• Involved in strategic planning and collaboration with all departments.
• Managing adaptation of projects to different platforms

Requirements

• BS.c in a relevant engineering field - a must
• 3+ years of proven experience in a similar position - a must.
• Familiarity with radar systems - an advantage
• Previous experience in the defense industry - an advantage
• Excellent team player and interpersonal skills
