Role Description

This is a part-time remote or onsite role for a Customer Service Sales Specialist at Virtual Exchange Training Center. You will be responsible for providing customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of English and Hebrew
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem-solve and handle customer inquiries effectively
• Experience in sales or customer service roles
• Proficiency in CRM software, Google Drive and Microsoft Office suite
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
