Responsibilities:

• Design Excellence: Craft stunning and intuitive designs for DAZN’s multi-platform experience, including TV, desktop, and mobile.
• Strategic Vision: Think big-picture and detail-oriented, ensuring every element of the user experience is cohesive and exceptional.
• Project Ownership: Take ownership and manage projects from a design perspective, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work as part of a team with other designers, product managers, business analysts, backend, and frontend software developers.
• Communication: Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high-fidelity prototypes.
• Global Impact: Create engagement and entertainment features for hundreds of millions of DAZN users worldwide, working with multicultural teams across the globe.
• Innovate with Technology: Leverage your strong understanding of technology to drive efficient design processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 8 years of experience designing digital products for end users (B2C).
• Design Skills: Exceptional UI design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong design thinking approach.
• Creative Thinking: Strong creative thinking skills to generate innovative design solutions.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a design team, balancing detail-oriented work with strategic oversight.
• Education: bachelor’s degree from a design study institute.
• Communication: Strong social and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of technical constraints and guidelines as they apply to designing for digital platforms, including web, iOS, and Android.
• Inclusive Design: Awareness of inclusive design principles and best practices.
• Passion for Sports: A genuine passion for sports and a desire to create the ultimate fan experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
• 2 years of experience leading design projects.
• 1 year of experience working with executive leaders.
• Problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as TV, desktop and mobile (Android and iOS).
• Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process.
• Skills in communicating and influencing product design strategy.
