Compliance Officer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure the company remains compliant with all regulations and internal policies. This role involves overseeing the supervision of our agency's producers to guarantee adherence. This person will oversee the supervision of the company's producers to ensure adherence to the rules and regulations set by the regulators as well as the company.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Review and approve advertising accounts in accordance with policies
• Communicate with campaign managers to ensure resolution of all deficiencies
• Advertising placement reviews
• Content approvals
• Social media surveillance
• Privacy Walkthroughs
• Internal audits
• Special Projects and other duties as Necessary Qualifications
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written skills
• Solid leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Previous compliance experience
