We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead testing efforts and ensure the overall quality and reliability of our CRM platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in QA to

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a proven track record of leading QA efforts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems. Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, QTP, JUnit).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a QA team.
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Understanding of CRM systems and their functionality.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
