Technical Product Manager

As a Technical Product Manager, you are a key member of the Agile Scrum team and will represent the voice of both the customer and Product Managers to execute the product vision! You will be working closely with engineering teams, and architects to define and prioritize features and stories, to ensure alignment with customer and program needs, and improve value of development. We need your expertise!

What will you do?

• Articulate product expectations for the customer to the Agile Scrum / Kanban teams
• Engage and participate in all Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Build and refine requirements/stories and define acceptance criteria in a manner understandable the team (e.g., INVEST)
• Own, maintain, and prioritize the agile product backlog: define sprint and program increment goals and objectives with the team.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements by meeting with customers and analyzing their needs, analyze competitive products to find opportunities for differentiation as well as alignment with company goals and business needs.
• Demonstrate products to internal Cynet partners.
• Partner with Product Development and other partner teams to prepare for PI planning.
• Convene and lead technical discussions with engineering as part of articulating and refining requirements and understanding engineering realities.
• Communicate trade-offs between customer expectations and engineering realities to Product Management and align on prioritization.
• Stay up to date on relevant trends, new technologies, and methodologies and constantly exchange ideas.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of related experience with related Experience in software development or product management (2+ years in a cybersecurity company).
• Training and certification as a professional scrum product owner (PSPO) or as a certified scrum product owner (CSPO) or SAFe product owner- advantage.
• Experience in network and security technologies is preferred.
• Demonstrates effective team dynamics, conflict resolution, mentoring, and servant leadership skills.
• Knowledge of network and security technologies, including EPP/EDR, XDR, SIEM, TCP/IP,
• Be familiar with modern software CI/CD practices, including test-driven development.
• Experience in SaaS delivery model.
• Experience in defining UI mock-ups and leading the design concept- Advantage.
