Chatbots characteristic

The characteristic is responsible for planning and characterizing business chatbots for the company's customers.

The position includes understanding the needs of the business and planning an optimal user experience in the chatbot.

The characteristic works in collaboration with the customer and the technical team to define the structure of the conversation, scripts, menus, and automatic answers in the chatbot.

The characteristic conducts in-depth interviews with the client to understand the goals of the chatbot and its target audience, as a result, characterization documents are created that include:

• Planning the chatbot and autoresponder structures in process, menus, logic, and references
• Writing marketing content and choosing a tone and style that matches the brand
• Designs and implementation of a customer experience in the process
• Planning the integrations around the process
