Director of Product Management

Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership: Take full ownership and build a product line, managing all stages of the product lifecycle from ideation through development to adoption and ongoing evolution.
• Roadmap Execution: Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of the product line roadmap to achieve business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to gather feedback and ensure the product meets their needs.
• Technical Requirements: Translate product strategy, internal knowledge, and customer feedback into detailed technical requirements and user stories.
• Stakeholder Presentation: Present designs to stakeholders and development teams.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the development team to deliver best-in-class products in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Support: Provide guidance and support to other members of the product team.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably with AI-based and data products.
• Proven hands-on experience in all product lifecycle stages, from discovery to delivery.
• Experience in the financial industry. Experience in the financial crime industry, preferably AML/KYC/CDD/Screening, is a significant advantage.
• Experience managing a team of UX designers and product managers.
• Strong background in front-end development.
• Demonstrated experience in both inbound and outbound product management activities.
