As a Head Of Marketing in Fireberry you will…

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition in line with company objectives.
• Lead a small team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentoring
• Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success, to align marketing initiatives with overall company strategy and drive revenue growth.
• Utilize market research and customer insights to identify target segments, understand customer needs, and develop effective positioning and messaging strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and analyze campaign performance to optimize return on investment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments to the marketing approach.
• Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including website content, sales presentations, case studies, and whitepapers, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and generate positive PR opportunities.
• Drive customer advocacy and loyalty programs to increase customer retention, referrals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, provide regular reports to the executive team, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing performance.

To be a Head Of Marketing in Fireberry you need…

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on technology-related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent experience. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing strategies, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of marketing professionals.
• In-depth knowledge of SaaS tools, digital marketing channels, and marketing automation platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling content and articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and an eye for detail.
