About the ATE Group:

The ATE Group leads the development of complex, multidisciplinary (software, hardware, optics, mechanics) capital equipment machines designed to characterize, calibrate, and produce Innoviz's cutting-edge LiDAR technology. The SW team within the group is responsible for developing the software that operates these systems, including implementing various calibration algorithms, automation software, user interfaces, and more.

Position Overview:

As a key member of the software development team, you will:

• Design and Build: Develop software for future state-of-the-art mass production machines for Innoviz’s next-generation LiDAR.
• Collaboration: Interact with multi-disciplinary systems and teams.
• Development: Upgrade and maintain algorithms and SW processes.
• Documentation: Write corresponding software documentation, per automotive requirements.
• Infrastructure: Create SW infrastructures for mass production platforms.
• Analysis: Analyze failures and define improvements.
• Quality Improvement: Enhance the team's code quality.
• Leadership: Lead, guide, and mentor junior SW developers in the SW team.
  
  

• Educational Background: A B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field from a leading university.
• Professional Experience: At least 4 years of proven software development experience.
• Industry Advantage: Experience working in a product (hardware) company is a significant plus.
• Full Stack Development: Proficiency in Full Stack Development, including experience with technologies such as React, Docker, Kubernetes, Electron, and REST APIs.
• Distributed Frameworks: Experience working with distributed frameworks like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Programming Skills: Fluent in both Python and JavaScript.
• Database Management: Hands-on experience with MongoDB and MySQL.
• Continuous Integration: Knowledge of CI processes, especially Jenkins, and version control systems like Git.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, essential for collaborative and efficient project execution.
