Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, optimize, and integrate new processes.
• Manage operations projects end-to-end, re-evaluating existing processes and tools.
• Initiate and develop new operational tools, reports, and methods to enhance efficiency.
• Test and evaluate SAP, SF, and PMAP applications, maintaining test plans to ensure successful launches.
• Oversee daily tasks and projects with the MIS department from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management.
• 2+ years of experience in a management role with a strong desire to coach, develop, and mentor a team.
• Strong analytical and data mining skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in project ownership and management, with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage projects from inception to completion.
• Adaptability to changing environments and business needs.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
