Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Learning Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of charisma, patience, and creativity, with the ability to train and convey content effectively to both novice and veteran service representatives. This role requires high proficiency in the world of service and training, along with strong technical and technological abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct basic training courses for new representatives.
• Deliver training sessions and transfer content to both novice and experienced service representatives.
• Execute professional development training for service representatives and managers in the support department.
• Regularly assess the success of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
• Quickly adapt to changes and clearly explain them to new employees.
• Keep training materials current by updating existing content and creating new materials as needed.
• Actively listen to and answer questions, providing comprehensive responses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of training experience – must.
• Experience in the service industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in communication skills, both oral and written.
• High verbal ability and creative thinking.
• Strong social skills and the ability to engage effectively with an audience.
• Flexibility to travel to various sites – a must.
• Full-time availability from 9:00-18:00.
