FP&A Project Analyst

Solargik is looking for FP&A Project Analyst to join our great finance team!

As the FP&A Project Analyst you will play a key role in supporting the organization’s financial planning and analysis needs across various projects. In this role, you will maintain pricing models, develop and manage project budgets, and monitor budget performance.

What will YOU do?

• Plan and control projects budgets, ensuring accurate records and delivering insightful analysis.
• Build and develop financial models and perform ad-hoc analysis across different regions, adding value to management and supporting business decisions.
• Proactively manage and monitor budget versus actuals for various projects.
• Design, automate, and optimize FP&A processes and systems to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly growing business environment.
• Prepare analysis reports for senior management.
• Collaborate closely with various departments, including Sales, Logistics, Purchasing and Project management.
• Manage the company's insurance policies.

What will YOU bring with you?

• Bachelor's degree in economics or accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience as an Economist (control, planning, and analysis) with orientation for accounting.
• High level of proficiency with Systems and Excel, including processing large volume of data and interfacing with corporate reporting systems.
• Highly organized and accurate, with a strong ability to work at a high pace and under a tight schedule.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various levels of the organization.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Advantages:

• CPA certification highly preferred.
• Experience in a global hi-tech company.

• Familiarity with ERP software – Priority preferred.
