We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Controller to spearhead this pivotal role at Oversee.

Join our rapidly expanding global organization and embrace a key financial position. Moreover, the selected candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Finance to shape and execute Oversee's financial strategic initiatives.

Your Impact:

• Work closely with the Head of Finance on investor relations documents and reports, fundraising documents, and board updates (deck/summaries/reports)
• Summarize findings on the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to senior management, external auditors, and BOD
• Preparing annual financial statements and Tax reports
• Responsible for month-end close process, revenue recognition, and consolidated financial reporting.
• Assist with the daily ongoing financial operation tasks as cash flow management, payroll, account payables, etc
• Oversee invoicing collections and account receivables process
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Lead the development, preparation, and presentation of both short- and long-range financial forecasts and budgets, including: Creating detailed financial, scenario-based models to evaluate investment priorities and potential alternatives
  
  

• 2-3 years of finance experience ,CPA after internship with Big 4 experience (preferably in a Hi-Tech department)
• Excited to join, and can operate in a fast-growth, high-potential environment

• Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and the highest standards of accuracy
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of deadlines
