- Develop new process flow for new product
- Visit customers around the world for product development meetings
- Lead customer accounts and develop close relationships with customers
- Lead, design and execute experiments and demonstrations on inhouse tools
- Hands-on manual QA tests execution, both on HW systems SW
- Analyze, identify, and track product issues & bugs
- Work in close collaboration with R&D, service, and product management teams to identify points for improvement
- Reports preparation and analysis based on customer data and activities
- Support sales and marketing activities
- Train customers on ZEISS product
- BSc Degree in Engineering- Must
- At least 2 year of experience in application development – Advantage
- Proficiency in Excel & PPT- Must
- Fluent English (read, write & talk) – Must
- Semiconductor’s equipment industry or Fab manufacturing or lithography processes knowledge – advantage
- Proficiency in DOE methodology- Advantage
- Proficiency in Data analysis tools like Matlab /Python/JMP- Must
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation and self-initiation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptivity to work in a changing environment
- Frequent availability for traveling abroad for variable periods - Must
