New Product Introduction Engineer

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both mechanical and electrical engineering within a multidisciplinary company. This role involves extensive use of SolidWorks and PDM for drafting and modeling, as well as a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• :Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems
• .Create detailed technical drawings and models for manufacturing and assembly
• .Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality
• .Design and test jigs and fixtures to support manufacturing and assembly operations
• .Apply Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFM & DFA) principles to optimize product designs
• .Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot real-time issues in the manufacturing process
• .Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• .Plan and execute experiments to validate design concepts and manufacturing processes
• .Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• .Document and write technical reports on design and process improvements
• .Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of quality components
