Product Lead- Documents Group

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join us!

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our product strategy. You will be responsible for creating the product roadmap, Defining complexed & innovative workflows, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to launch our products successfully. Your decisions will be guided by metrics, goals, and KPIs to ensure that our products cater to our customers' needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the overall company strategy.
• Defining complexed & innovative workflows in order to simplify & automate complex data recording processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, customer care and operations to bring products to market.
• Define and prioritize product requirements and features based on in-house operation teams analysis, business goals, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget, using Agile and Lean development methodologies.
• Monitor and analyze product performance using KPIs to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Communicate regularly with key stakeholders on product progress and initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working as a Senior Product Manager in a B2B SaaS product, With at least 3 years of experience in a startup environment.
• Strong motivation and proactive attitude, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
• Strong understanding of business principles and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to bring products to market, using Agile and Lean development methodologies.
• Experience using product management tools such as JIRA, Monday, or Trello.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making, with a focus on KPI-oriented performance.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
