Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our product department.

You will join our product team in developing and executing our portfolio of products. In a fast-growing, exciting environment you will be working closely with the business owners, software team, and management to help our company achieve growth.

What will you do?

• Gather business requirements for complex changes in the system and convert it into sustainable solutions that convey Air Doctor's vision and strategy.
• Understand the market, competition, and champion our users to craft product strategies that will lead to long term success
• Create a viable solution to satisfy business customers as well as end-users while using the building blocks of the platform
• Write the product specification
• Be in charge of the project execution, tasks prioritization, and full implementation process of the product life cycle
• Work closely with the development team and other cross-functional team members to help determine the best technical implementation methods to bring features to production
• Verify knowledge pass down to all relevant stakeholders within the company

What do we look for?

• Experience of at least 3 years as a product manager
• Experience in leading end to end requirements for at least 2 significant modules
• Experience with building great user experiences, and a keen eye for details, UX, and design
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification – a significant advantage
• Experience in b2b2c business model - an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent leadership and personal skills
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Perfect English
