Quality Control Director - Global Pharmaceutical Company

A leading global pharmaceutical company in Israel is seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Control (QC) Director. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional to oversee the entire Quality Control department, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and upholding the highest quality standards across all processes and products.

Position Overview:

The QC Director will lead large teams, provide strategic direction, and guide employees to achieve the company's organizational goals. This role involves close collaboration with various departments, including Production, Quality Assurance, and R&D, to ensure seamless quality control operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quality Control department, including Biology, Chemistry, and Data Management Teams.
• Develop and implement QC policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with GMP regulations and industry best practices.
• Oversee all QC activities, including raw material testing, in-process testing, finished product testing, and stability testing.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and efficient QC processes.
• Guide and mentor managers, providing technical expertise and leadership.

Requirements:

• MSc/PhD degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong understanding of GMP regulations and quality control processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large departments and effectively guide managers.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
