Yango Deli is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Commerce to lead and oversee all commercial activities within the organization. This senior leadership role is crucial for driving revenue growth, enhancing market share, and ensuring the company's competitive edge in the rapidly evolving retail market.

Responsibilities:

• Train and guide employees, monitoring their performance;
• Manage the sales funnel and prioritize employee work in the funnel;
• Negotiate with major partners at the level of top officials;
• Prepare and update commercial materials;
• Build and improve our processes for working with partners;
• Build an economic model for cooperation with partners;
• Build and implement a common portfolio development strategy;
• Configure task-solving processes within teams and in related departments;

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working in B2B/B2C sales, including -2+ years in leadership positions;
• Experience building work and business processes;
• Experience with employee development;
• Ability to analyze data and find opportunities;
• Ability to work with a team of mid and senior-level -professionals;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English;
• Disciplined, structured approach to your work.

Preferred qualifications:

• Expertise in Fresh and Super Fresh industry with knowledge of the local delivery market;
• Experience working in Retail, FMCG, or e-commerce;
• Proficiency with MS Office;
• Experience working with CRMs and BI systems.
