Costing and FP&A Analyst

Department Overview: The Financial and Strategic Planning (FSP) department at Lumenis is a strategic enabler and driving force behind major cross-organizational projects and activities. FSP supports senior management in key decision-making processes and is responsible for financial and strategic planning, budget management, and economic analysis.

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Costing and FP&A Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial to our strategic business processes, involving significant interaction with senior management and cross-organizational collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

Costing:

• Conduct quarterly and annual costing processes for all products and production sites.
• Execute ongoing costing procedures and maintain accuracy.
• Serve as the focal point and knowledge center for all costing-related matters.
• Provide valuable insights to support senior management decision-making.
• Manage cross-organizational collaborations related to costing.
• Initiate and drive process improvement initiatives.

FP&A:

• Perform complex analyses and develop sophisticated financial models.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly closing activities related to costing.
• Contribute to budget planning and management activities.

Requiremnets

• 4-7 years of experience in FP&A/Finance
• At least 2 years of costing experience in tech/industrial companies
• Strong proficiency in SAP, with a focus on costing
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Management from a top-tier university/college
• MBA/MA is an advantage
• Experience working in a global environment
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English
