Marketing Manager

Main Duties:

The Marketing Communications Specialist will provide a broad range of marketing support to the triLift group, across platforms and channels, aiming to step up in the quality of Lumenis marketing materials, communications and insights provided. The position reports to the Corporate Marketing Manager

Primary Tasks:

• Develop marketing materials and activities according to Lumenis triLift brand guidelines in cooperation with product managers, regional marketing, and other relevant functions.

• Manage the social media channels and work with service providers to develop and execute successful data driven strategy

• Create and update collateral, presentations, brochures, practice enhancement kits, web content, newsletters, banners, ads, video and sales tools w.

• Support product launches with marketing materials production

• Develop creative concepts for consideration in various marketing materials

• Assist in the development and execution of online strategies that include web promotion, search engine marketing and social media.

• Perform marketing analysis of Lumenis online assets, social media and campaigns performance. Provide ongoing reporting and marketing insights

• Constantly explore, recommend, use and optimize communication methods, vehicles and technologies to engage with various audiences

• Responsible for art directing, storyboarding and message development for creative design work for various online and offline ads, signage and marketing materials

• Manage multiple external vendors and explore new options where relevant

Requirements:

· Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration

· MBA or advanced degree is a plus

· 5-7 Years of experience.

· Excellent English, native speaker

· Experience with managing social media channels and content creation

· Experience with online marketing tools and/or Adobe creative tools is a plus

· Superior communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams

· Requires excellent written and verbal communications

· Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects

· Resourcefulness in solving problems

· Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude

· Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
