As our Customer Support Representative, you will manage our brand support presence and tone in front of customers and online community, ensuring excellent support for our products.
Success in this position entails providing prompt and effective resolutions to customer inquiries, and delivering personalized support. This role is vital in shaping positive customer experiences and fostering long-term partnerships with our customers.
This is a part-time working-from-home student job with flexible accommodation of up to 5 hours per workday.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer online communications regarding shipping, payments, and refunds.
- Answer customer online questions regarding general product features.
- Collaborate with diverse teams across the company to resolve customer issues.
- Manage the support cycle time and the response quality using Zendesk.
- Monitor and respond to comments on organic and paid social channels.
- Create, update, and maintain support articles in the help center.
Must Requirements:
- 6+ months experience in online global customer support.
- Fluent in English - reading, writing, and speaking.
- Great interpersonal communication skills and a passion for customer experience.
- Familiarity with the Zendesk CRM tool (or similar tools).
- Familiarity with online e-commerce platforms and payments such as Shopify, PayPal, and Stripe.

- Work Experience in a Hitech/growth company
- Knowledgeable in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Management
Onboarding and Daily Shifts:
- First week on the job requires physically attending our office for training.
- First three months require physically attending two shifts/month in our office.
- You will submit your weekly expected shift times on the first day of the working week.
Note: some shift hours may need to align with our US-based customers - afternoon/evening hours.
