Controller

Key Responsibilities:

Managing our accounting (bookkeepers) team.

· Full responsibility for our monthly reports to the management.

· Closure of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

· Preparation of consolidated periodical financial statements with our foreign subsidiaries, based on US GAAP principals, preferably for industrial companies.

· Support quarterly and annual reports from foreign subsidiaries.

· Writing and managing the company’s finance and procurement procedures.

Requirements:

· Qualified and experienced CPA from one of the “big four” accounting firm.

· CPA with over 7 years of experience as a controller in a global Hi-tech company, experience from a project company - advantage

· Understanding the Inventory Loading Methods - advantage

· Experience with Subsidiaries abroad - advantage

· Fluent verbal & written English skills.
