Controller

The role:

We are seeking a Controller to join our team, reporting to our Corporate Controller. If you are a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, humility, independence, and a passion for supporting the team, we want you on board.

The day-to-day:

• Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly reporting packages and related working papers in compliance with US-GAAP.
• Oversee and execute month-end closing procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare consolidated annual and quarterly financial statements in accordance with US-GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the team to develop, implement, and document accounting policies and procedures, focusing on driving efficiencies through effective use of accounting systems.
• Manage and execute ad hoc projects aimed at optimizing the company’s finance operations.
• Work directly with external audit teams during quarterly and year-end audits to ensure financial information is properly reported

Ideally, we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years’ experience post internship.
• Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with internship in one of the Big 4 firms
• Proficient in Excel
• Must be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Hard worker and detail-oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong English skills (spoken and written)
