Job Opportunity: System Administrator for a Leading Company

Responsibilities: System Administrator in the IT department specializing in MS/VMWARE. Responsibilities include managing and setting up server infrastructures, maintenance, and executing projects related to server infrastructures, storage, backup, and monitoring systems.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator in a business organization with dozens to hundreds of endpoints, for integration into the IT infrastructure and information security team.
• Practical knowledge in the following areas:
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures: DHCP, DNS, GPO, MS EXCHANGE, IIS, DFS, user permissions, and security systems.
• Experience working with VMWARE virtualization environments, VDI, and SRM.
• Scripting abilities in PowerShell and Python.
• Experience working with Linux systems as a Linux Admin.
• Experience with storage systems – experience with Hitachi storage systems is an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of software deployment and security update tools: SCCM and WSUS.
• Experience working in a regulated organization – an advantage.
• Experience working with backup systems – experience with Commvault systems is an advantage.
• Experience with monitoring and configuration management systems.
