Information Technology Manager

Job Summary

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, networks, and applications. This role involves leading a team of IT professionals, implementing security measures, and collaborating with various departments to support our cybersecurity services.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the company's data and systems from cyber threats. Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.
• System Administration: Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Project Management: Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of new technologies.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of IT issues.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure the procurement and maintenance of necessary IT equipment and services.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT processes, systems, and configurations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT management, Experience in a SaaS environment is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in network and system administration, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity tools and practices.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of IT professionals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to think strategically and implement effective solutions.
• Project Management: Experience in planning and executing IT projects. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
